Here are the specs:

It's a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a great fenced in yard. It's 1400 square feet and we loved this house, but we needed more room and bought a different house. We're close to shopping, schools, and the Watauga Public Library (the best library in the area!)

We're in the Keller ISD and the house is one block from an elementary school. It's in Watauga, Texas, which is in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex, just south of Keller, TX (#7 on CNN's best places to live). We're in the Mid-Cities area of Northeast Tarrant County, near Southlake, Colleyville, Grapevine, Hurst, Euless, Beford, North Richland Hills and Ft. Worth.
