Second Day of School

My daughter Emily was really excited about the first day of Kindergarten. We had talked about it for a long time; bought her new school clothes and supplies; and had met her teacher the week before.

Finally, the big day arrived. We took her to school and she happily took her place with the rest of the children.

At the end of the day, during the ride home, she told us all about her new friends, where she sat, and what she had done. When we arrived, my wife told her to put her things where she would be able to find them the next day.

Emily turned around and asked, "Why? What are we doing tomorrow?"
